On September 19, 2026, the 8th International Conference on Energy, Power and Grid (ICEPG 2026) came to a successful conclusion at the Wushan Campus of South China University of Technology (SCUT). The conference was hosted by SCUT and organized by the School of Electric Power Engineering of SCUT, co-organized by the Intelligent Charging Network Committee of Electric Transportation of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering (CSEE) and the IEEE PES Electric Vehicle Technical Committee, supported by the IEEE PES Smart Buildings, Loads and Customer Systems Technical Committee (China) and the AISI Research Center of SCUT, with Science Network (sciencenet.cn) as the media supporter. Experts and scholars from universities, research institutions, power grid and energy enterprises across the country gathered to exchange ideas on frontier topics such as renewable energy, smart grid, and power system security and stability.
2026年9月19日，第八届能源、电力与电网国际学术会议（ICEPG 2026）在华南理工大学五山校区圆满落幕。本次会议由华南理工大学主办，华南理工大学电力学院承办，中国电机工程学会电动交通智能充电网络专委会、IEEE PES电动汽车技术委员会协办，IEEE PES智慧楼宇、负载和客户系统技术委员会（中国）、华南理工大学爱思科研究中心提供支持，科学网提供媒体支持。来自全国高校、科研院所及电网、能源企业的专家学者齐聚一堂，围绕可再生能源、智能电网、电力系统安全稳定等前沿议题展开深入交流。
On the morning of September 19, the conference opened at the Wushan Campus of SCUT. Prof. Jizhong Zhu of SCUT, Conference Chair, and Prof.-level Senior Engineer Wen Wang of State Grid Smart Vehicle Networking Technology Co., Ltd. (Secretary-General of the Charging and Battery-Swap Network Technology Committee of CSEE) delivered the opening addresses on behalf of the Organizing Committee, extending a warm welcome to all participants. After the addresses, all delegates took a group photo.

Four experts were invited to deliver keynote speeches. Prof. Jizhong Zhu of SCUT gave a report entitled "Efficient Consumption and Regulation of New Energy under the Background of Large-Scale Offshore Wind Power Grid Integration", systematically reviewing the operational characteristics of offshore wind power clusters, key grid-integration technologies, and multi-time-scale optimal dispatch methods.
本次会议邀请四位主讲专家作大会报告。华南理工大学朱继忠教授作题为《大规模海上风电并网背景下的新能源高效消纳调控》的报告，系统梳理了海上风电集群运行特性、并网关键技术及多时间尺度优化调度方法；
Prof. Jianlin Li of North China University of Technology presented "Analysis on Development Paths and Typical Application Scenarios of New-type Energy Storage Technologies", comparing energy storage technology routes such as lithium-ion batteries, sodium-ion batteries and flow batteries, together with their typical application scenarios.
北方工业大学李建林教授以《新型储能技术发展路径及典型应用场景分析》为题，对比分析了锂离子电池、钠离子电池、液流电池等储能技术路线及其典型应用场景；
Prof. Zechun Hu of Tsinghua University discussed "Optimal Pricing and Operation for Large-scale Electric Vehicles and Power Grid Interaction", exploring dynamic optimal pricing of charging and battery-swapping facilities and the operation decision-making framework of vehicle-grid interaction.
清华大学胡泽春教授围绕《大规模电动汽车与电网互动的优化定价与运营》，探讨了充换电设施动态优化定价与车网互动的运营决策框架；
Assoc. Prof. Heping Jia of North China Electric Power University shared "Research on Operation Optimization of Balance Groups for New Power Systems", introducing the latest research results on the operation optimization of balance groups.
华北电力大学加鹤萍副教授分享了《面向新型电力系统的平衡单元运行优化研究》，介绍了平衡单元运行优化的最新研究成果。
In the afternoon, two special sessions were held: "Energy-Transportation Integration and Interaction" and "Energy Machinery Equipment Design and Application". In Special Session I, Expert Qi Jia of State Grid Smart Vehicle Networking Technology Co., Ltd. reported on "Practices and Development Perspectives of Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) Interaction" based on engineering practice; Deputy Director Guodong Wu of Sinopec Guangdong Oil Products Company presented "Strengthen the Foundation of Charging Infrastructure to Boost the Green Energy Transportation Transition"; and Lect. Chaolu Niu of Xinjiang University shared "Application of Thermosensitive Microcapsule Composite Coatings for Thermal Runaway Early Warning in Electric Transportation Energy Storage".
下午，会议设置“能源-交通融合互动”与“能源机械装备设计与应用”两个分论坛。分论坛一“能源-交通融合互动”中，国网智慧车联网技术有限公司贾琦专家结合工程实践，作题为《车网互动实践与发展思考》的报告；中国石化广东石油分公司吴国栋副主任作题为《夯实充电基础设施底座，助推绿色能源交通转型》的报告；新疆大学牛朝露讲师分享了《热敏微胶囊复合涂层在电动交通储能热失控预警中的应用研究》。
In Special Session II, Prof. Xiaoming Kang of University of South China reported "An Insight in the Role of Dopamine Acted in the Electroless Deposition Process using Atomic Force Microscopy-based Surface and Interface Force Spectroscopy"; Assoc. Prof. Wei Qu of University of South China introduced "Nonlinear dynamic characteristics of hydraulic pipelines subjected to random vibration"; and Eng. Nanpu Cao of Wuliangye Yibin Co., Ltd. shared "Development of a Vision-based In-pipe Inspection Robot System".
分论坛二“能源机械装备设计与应用”中，南华大学康晓民教授作题为《多巴胺化学镀制备多功能表面的表界面力谱法研究》的报告；南华大学瞿维副教授介绍了《随机振动环境下液压管道非线性动力学特性研究》；宜宾五粮液股份有限公司曹楠普工程师分享了《基于视觉识别的管道内窥机器人系统研制》。
Fifteen young scholars from universities, power grid enterprises and research institutes delivered oral presentations in the two special sessions, with poster presentations and exchanges held concurrently, creating a lively academic atmosphere. After careful evaluation by the review experts, the conference presented awards for Outstanding Papers, Outstanding Oral Presentations and Outstanding Posters.
来自高校、电网企业及科研院所的15位青年学者在两个分论坛进行了口头报告，会议同期开展了海报展示与交流，学术讨论氛围浓厚。经评审专家认真评选，大会为优秀论文、优秀口头报告和优秀海报获得者颁发了奖项。
